Add resistance bands or weights & with a few modifications, we can get you up and running in no time.
Mobility is vital, so let's look closely at any injury concerns you may have and tweak your training accordingly.
Your diet needs, as well as your recovery, also play an essential part.
You would have filled out the online "Par Q Health & Fitness form," which includes a 48-hour food and lifestyle diary. We will email your Par Q to you after our first session.
